November 28 marked the 23rd anniversary of the Huskies' 1998 Vanier Cup title.
The University of Saskatchewan Huskies won 24-17 over the Concordia Stingers. The Huskies were led on offence by running back Doug Rozon, slotback Jarret Rennie, and offensive lineman Scott Flory, while the defence was led by defensive back Kurtis Albers, linebacker Warren Muzika, and defensive end Mike Milo.
